Freedom Service Dogs (FSD) relies on volunteers and generous donations to make our program a successful one. Whether you can donate time, skills or money, we need your help!

Donations/giving programs
FSD service dogs are donated to people who are disabled. The cost to locate and train a service dog, including health, soundness, and temperament evaluations, plus the dog's care and equipment is more than $25,000. There are additional direct costs for client placement classes, public education, and lifetime support for the team. We depend on donations from the public - both individuals and organizations - and from grants to allow us to carry out our mission.

Wish list

Volunteering
Volunteers are essential to the success of FSD! We are always in need of volunteers to do everything from working with dogs, to working in our office, to fostering dogs that are too young to enter into the training program. If you have the time, we have something that is sure to fit into your schedule!

Work at FSD
FSD maintains a small staff to carry out the day-to-day operation of the organization. Positions range from apprentice trainers to dog caretakers.
